I began to see that my thoughts were the roots that were producing life-fruit: my emotions, my actions, and even my identity.

For the first time, I started to listen to Jesus’ voice over all the noise.

I called this process the Root to Fruit Revolution, because that’s what it was for me. A complete shift from roots of fear and striving to fruits of peace, joy, and freedom.

But it wasn’t just about “thinking better.” The Lord taught me to practice rhythms of rest. Sabbath became more than going to church on Sunday. It became stillness for my soul. A space to pause, listen, and receive His truth.

Everything I have become is because of Jesus. I went from surviving in my own strength to an abundant life WITH Him FULL OF JOY!

Now, my passion is to help women experience the same transformation...to move from overwhelm to peace, from striving to thriving, and to discover joy as their true inheritance in Christ.
