I used to have a head full of trash.
Not the dramatic kind that's easy to spot. The quiet, sneaky kind that just...loops. "I don't have enough time." "I'm too fat." "People don't care about what I have to offer." "I'll always be like this."
I didn't realize those thoughts were the problem. I thought my circumstances were the problem. But Proverbs 23:7 stopped me cold: as a man thinks, so he is.
And Romans 12:2 confirmed it...we are transformed by the renewing of our minds, not our circumstances, not our schedules, not our waistlines.
So I committed. Massively. I started anchoring my thoughts to Scripture-Truth and practicing new ones on purpose, every single day. Within a few months, I started seeing transformation in my own life that I could not explain apart from Jesus. Three years later, I am a completely different person.
I call this the Root to Fruit Revolution. Because what we think are the roots, and what we live are the fruit. Change the roots, change everything.
